Terms and Conditions of Purchase These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Eventos en Posada La Campiña (Wolfson Diana Raquel) (hereinafter, the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter, the User) in connection with the acquisition of tourist products and/or services through the technology platform provided by Vivirly. By making a purchase, the User fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. 1. Vivirly's Role Vivirly is a technology platform that enables tourism businesses to offer their services and products online. Vivirly is not the provider of the tourist services purchased, does not intervene in the contractual relationship between the User and the Seller, and assumes no responsibility for the provision, quality, safety, or fulfillment of said services. Vivirly's sole responsibility is to provide the technology needed to facilitate the transaction. 2. Purchase and Payment Conditions Prices are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. The available payment methods are those enabled on the platform by the Seller. Once payment is made, the User will receive confirmation at the registered email address. It is the User's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information entered at the time of purchase. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policies Each Seller establishes their own cancellation and refund policies, which are stated in the service description. The User is responsible for reading these conditions before making a purchase. In the event of a refund request, it must be managed directly with the Seller. 5. Reservations A reservation is considered confirmed only once receipt of the corresponding payment has been confirmed. While payment is pending, the reservation is not confirmed. If the User made a partial payment (deposit) and the reservation is cancelled, the refund or non-refund of said deposit will be at the sole discretion of the Seller. When the reservation is made with a partial payment (deposit), the remaining balance must be paid before the date of the activity. The pending amount will be communicated to the User at the time of purchase. If payment was made for the full amount of the service, there will be no additional payment unless expressly stated in the service description. 6. Vouchers and Gift Cards Vouchers purchased through this website are valid for months from the date of purchase. Once this period expires, they cannot be redeemed. Each voucher may be used only once. Vouchers are transferable and can be used as gift cards. The resale of vouchers or gift cards is prohibited. 7. User Responsibilities When acquiring a service or product, the User agrees to: Provide truthful and up-to-date information during the purchase process. Comply with the conditions, schedules, and requirements established by the Seller for the provision of the service. Carry the necessary personal documentation (e.g., identification, passport, visas, travel insurance, special permits) when applicable. 8. Limitation of Liability The Seller is solely responsible for the execution and fulfillment of the contracted services. Vivirly is not liable for cancellations, delays, breaches, accidents, losses, damages, or any other inconvenience arising from the provision of the tourist service. The User acknowledges and accepts that any claim related to the contracted experience must be directed to the Seller. 9. Modifications The Seller and/or Vivirly reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will apply only to purchases made after their publication.
